Updating Your Society’s Information

Affiliate Society Membership Account

Affiliate clubs now have a membership on the JoinIt Member Portal site and should use that to pay their dues and direct their journal delivery.

The street address you use on the Member Portal profile is for Journal delivery only, not the legal address of the club or the meeting location. Updating your physical address there will not update it on the affiliate map or society list. To do that, use the affiliate info form in the next section.

Society Names on JoinIt: Leave first name blank, Society name in the last name field, with “C/O Name” info in the ADDRESS 2 field.

In order to claim an account on our Member Portal, you will need a unique email address that isn’t the same as any individual member.

If your club has its own bank account with a credit or debit card, you or your treasurer can set up automatic payments there if you prefer.

Updating Affiliate List Information

If you are the Affiliate Rep. for your Society, use this form to update your Society’s listing.

This is your public facing info including your President’s and Newsletter Editor’s contact info, meeting location, and event details.

Updating Your CSSA & Affiliate Events Calendar Listing

Note that the event calendar is updated separately by sending event info to the Calendar Coordinator, Laurel Woodley, at calendar@cactusandsucculentsociety.org.
