Affiliate Society Updates: Renew Membership and Update Public Listing
Affiliate Society Membership Account
Affiliate clubs now have their own membership accounts on the JoinIt Member Portal, which should be used to pay dues and manage CSJournal delivery. This information is private and not displayed on our website.
Accessing Your Account on JoinIt:
If this is your first time accessing your Affiliate Membership in the Member Portal, you’ll need a unique email address that is not already used by any individual CSSA member.
If your club doesn’t have a dedicated email address for the Treasurer or Affiliate Representative, please contact us at cactusandsucculentsociety@gmail.com.
Once your email address is entered, the system will send a password setup link to that address. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.
How To Complete the Society Names on JoinIt:
When entering your society name:
- Use the First Name and Last Name fields to enter your full club name.
- Example: For Cactus and Succulent Society of Tucson, enter:
- First Name: Cactus and Succulent Society of
- Last Name: Tucson
How To Input Your Address on JoinIt:
The street address entered in your Member Portal profile is used only for CSJournal delivery. Updating your address here will not update it on the Affiliate Map or Society List. To update those, please submit the Affiliate Information Form.
Because this is your mailing address for the CSJournal, you may wish to include the name of the person receiving the mail in the second address line.

Public-Facing Affiliate List Information
If you are the Affiliate Representative for your society, please use the form below to update your club’s public-facing information for the CSSA website.
This information includes items like:
- President and Newsletter Editor contact details
- Meeting location and schedule
- Website and Social Media Info
- Etc.
Your society’s information will appear on the main Affiliate page as part of a linked spreadsheet and on the interactive affiliate map.
Note: This is separate from the information you provide when renewing your club’s membership.
The CSSA Will Publish your Events
Did you know the CSSA can share your events on our website calendar? Simply send your event details to our Calendar Coordinator at: calendar@cactusandsucculentsociety.org.
We are also happy to share your events on our social media. Just email a JPG and the description of the event to cactusandsucculentsociety@gmail.com.

- To the Point digital newsletter published quarterly as a PDF, and available exclusively in your member portal
- Cactus and Succulent Journal – Two copies of each issue of our quarterly print magazine for advanced hobbyists and specialists
- Access to purchase from our Seed Depot (where available)
- 12-month membership term with optional automatic re-billing
- Affiliate accounts should use the mailing address where you want the Journal delivered. Leave first name blank, Society name in the last name field, with “C/O Name” info in the ADDRESS 2 field.
- Our new system requires a unique email address for each account. If your Affiliate account uses the same email as an existing member, please email us for assistance.
