The Cactus & Succulent Society of America, Inc. (CSSA) is not responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or fees that may be incurred when an international recipient purchases our products. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs paid to CSSA.

Additionally, CSSA is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Once an order has been shipped, the risk of loss passes to the recipient. We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance, if available, to minimize the risk of loss.
