We want to make you aware of a recent issue affecting some of our members. A small number of individuals have received emails that appear to come from CSSA Board members asking them to purchase gift cards or provide funds.
Please know that these messages are not legitimate. CSSA will never ask members to buy gift cards, send money, or provide financial assistance through unsolicited emails or personal messages from Board members.
If you receive an email like this:
- Do not respond
- Do not send money or gift cards
- Do not click on any links or open attachments
You may safely delete the message. If you are unsure about the legitimacy of any communication claiming to be from CSSA, please contact us directly through our official website or known CSSA email addresses.
