CSSA Image Usage Policy
The Cactus and Succulent Society of America (CSSA) is committed to honoring the intellectual property rights of photographers, artists, and contributors. Our photo archive includes both credited and uncredited historical images documenting cacti, succulents, collectors, and the evolution of our community over time.
Image Attribution
Whenever possible, CSSA includes the name of the photographer or source with each image. We make every reasonable effort to identify and credit the original creators of photographs.
Uncredited Photos
Some images in our archive were donated to the CSSA over many decades without accompanying information about the original photographer or copyright holder. In these cases, we display the images in good faith as part of our mission to document and preserve the history of the cactus and succulent community. If you believe you are the rightful copyright holder of any image displayed on our website or in our publications, please contact us at: cactusandsucculentsociety@gmail.com; or mail to: CSSA, PO Box 41187, Pasadena, CA 91114
We will gladly review your claim and update the attribution or remove the image as appropriate.
